From what I have seen, No One is Using High Impact Testimonials.

What I mean is that no one is using visual cues. Most other industries use them. I am not talking huge graphics, but small tasteful ones.


Take a line form the testimonial and make it a headline for the testimonial in quotes. At the start of the headline put a graphical thumbs up that is appropriately sized to the text.

at the end of the testimonial, under the persons name and information. Put several small stars graphics. Lets say put five stars.

These are visual symbols that support the text.

Go to any travel site and they will have rating system. Believe me, there are people that will only go to resorts 3 stars or above without even giving any resort a chance. The same thing can be applied to your website testimonials.
