Dear Friend,

Often times business owner spend every waking hour thinking about getting new customers or clients. This is a normal trend and important to the growth of any business. But so many times the business owner will leave money on the table, not looking at what they can sell to their existing customers or clients.

This is called the back end.

Business owner spend a small or large fortune looking for the new customer, and virtually nothing on the old ones. Take a look at your databases, who are your current customers and what else can you do for them? The easiest sale you will ever make is someone who has already purchased your product or service. Trust is already established.

While on the topic of trust......have you asked your happy customers for referrals?

More to come....
